There seems to be a lot of instances like this, at least seen on here, where especially in China, nobody seems to care to help their fellow man.

Communism as a system by definition would counter the observable, as it supposively emphasizes the collective working together to create their 'Utopia'. This emphasis one would think would include helping a comrade In need, but no.

Then you the other side of the coin, a system that emphadizes individual goals over the collective, at least by definition on comparison. Despite this individual emphasis, people in western nations tend to show more compassion to their fellow humans in the face of disaster.

At least this is observable by the clips on here. One thing is for certain, Chinaman+scooter is a recipe for hightened chance of death.
