That cop bought the country to it's knee....
Well, the medical examiner that Floyd George's family hired to do a 2nd examination of Floyd's body (Dr Michael Baden) could also find no medical evidence of asphyxiation.
However, Baden...after watching the video of the police officer and Floyd...said he believes the police officer's other knee, being on Floyd's back, may have kept Floyd from breathing adequately.
However, there is still no medical evidence to back that up...none.
I believe that 85 year old Baden (86 in July) has lost his fastball.
What Baden said is merely his opinion...based on watching a video.
Baden's opinion is based on his own subjective criteria...not hard science and evidence.
The medical evidence still shows that George Floyd did not die from asphyxiation.
Also, the official medical examiner put a rush on the toxicology report, and the results are back.
The toxicology report shows that George Floyd had methamphetamine in his system and an "intoxicating level" of Fentanyl in his system.
The medical examiner also found that George Floyd was suffering from heart disease.
This is all very good news for Derek Chauvin and his attorney.

Ms Tirado ended up getting shot in the eye with a rubber bullet.
She is now permanently blind in her left eye because of it.
