I'm confused too. I don't know what happened but looks kinda painfulI just watched that on replay about 6 times. I think it was the tendon below the knee - the patella tendon?

Oh fuck yes. Hang on I doDon't forget he's a 4 eyes too! 😝
Did you break their fingers? 🤨Took it like a champ tho. I've seen two people in my life cry over broken fingers, one finger each person.

He didn't seem too phased, true.
My knee has been doing something similar, it's enough to make me grab it, fall over, & scream, limp, it doesn't make me cry but, fuck it hurts.
Looks to be just above the knee to me. DId our resident MD @ZeroK confirm?I just watched that on replay about 6 times. I think it was the tendon below the knee - the patella tendon?
I kinda agree with Dr. @Rick James the patella tendon (which is technically a ligament as it connects bone to bone) looks like it may have ruptured. The other structures in the knee usually tear when u have all the weight on one leg and twist.I'm confused too. I don't know what happened but looks kinda painful
Where have you been all my life?I kinda agree with Dr. @Rick James the patella tendon (which is technically a ligament as it connects bone to bone) looks like it may have ruptured. The other structures in the knee usually tear when u have all the weight on one leg and twist.
Would've been nice to see if he could stand on it because usually that's hard to do with a PT rupture. Also the patella almost always ends up above the knee joint as it's still attached to the tendon of the quadriceps femoris.
A little but It’s more a bone issue at the tibial tuberosity with avulsion fracture being a complication. Look up the stretches and exercises for it as a prevention@ZeroK I had osgood-schlatters disease as a kid. The evidence is still quite visible. Does this put any pressure on the PT?
Thanks doc. it still bothers me 20 something years later.A little but It’s more a bone issue at the tibial tuberosity with avulsion fracture being a complication. Look up the stretches and exercises for it as a prevention
