skipping leg day ..not a good idea

Took it like a champ tho. I've seen two people in my life cry over broken fingers, one finger each person.
Did you break their fingers? 🤨

He didn't seem too phased, true.
My knee has been doing something similar, it's enough to make me grab it, fall over, & scream, limp, it doesn't make me cry but, fuck it hurts.

No, wasn't me lol. One was a work accident that I didn't actually see happen, but saw the aftermath. The other was a car door.

I'm confused too. I don't know what happened but looks kinda painful
I kinda agree with Dr. @Rick James the patella tendon (which is technically a ligament as it connects bone to bone) looks like it may have ruptured. The other structures in the knee usually tear when u have all the weight on one leg and twist.

Would've been nice to see if he could stand on it because usually that's hard to do with a PT rupture. Also the patella almost always ends up above the knee joint as it's still attached to the tendon of the quadriceps femoris.

Where have you been all my life?

You’re too old to be using your leg as a lever, buddy boy. There’s a somewhat delicate device in there called a knee and it’s not gonna react kindly to you essentially daring it to give way!
