I can't see her getting a light sentence under the circumstances. I could see that if she would had called 911 right away playing the "in a moment of rage I lost it and needed the abuse to stop" but leaving him shot multiple times and dead in the garage all day all night until the next day and going to run errands the next day until she got to her sister and confessed... that is not going to play in her favor... but she got charged with 2dn degree non premeditated. I would think they are going to push for the max 30 years, but with a good lawyer and/or doing a plea she can get it downgraded to a second degree felony, max 15 years, out in about 8 years (she would be 47 by then).

I see…I’m just saying Women in general get overwhelmingly shorter sentences- according to stats. 9/10 if they are up for for murder, they say they were abused. I don’t know if it will make a difference but that’s usually the case.

No I didn't bang her, we just had a friendly relationship like on Sundays if I was gonna go watch football at the bar I would messenger her and let her know so she would put the game I wanted to watch on the TV at my spot, or we would have a drink after her shifts and shoot the shit, or hang out at the bar's Christmas parties which I always get invited to... that type of relationship. I met the guy about 2-3 times socially when they were dating and he seemed to be ok but as time went by and she withdrew from mostly everyone, I think he had a big part of that. I don't know it for a fact because we never got into that type of intimate conversation, but that is my guess. I think he was in the banking industry, or it could be insurance but he apparently was doing fairly well financially like not wealthy but he could take care of his shit, go on vacations and a nice house.

No I don't think so. As I said we were more like "bar friends" I never went to her house or she been to mine... like she knows my wife too but we were not close friends. It is quite sad two lives wasted and many around directly affected.
