A few years ago my boss took us out for a steak dinner. We all ordered and the waitress looked at my boss and said "Would you like your special sauce tonight Mr Stephens?" "Yes please" he said. I was a little surprised when she came back with a bottle of ketchup.

I love squash!! Boil on the stove with butter and salt and pepper and a little sugar and u got some good eating!!

Hella yeah, I like to toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Throw some shallots in there and roast that shit. You can cook them many ways and it will probably be awesome.

Nah, they don't do it for me. Made some eye round steaks the other day. It's a tough meat, because there's hardly any fat.
Good as a roast in the oven, but I've found the best way to cook steaks is to braise them.

Turned out great. Tender as hell.

ribeyes on the grill lastnite. basic seasonings. s&p&garlic and some onion powder. 6 min on each side and done!

Rib eyes are great on the grill. I usually do a NY strip, but a rib eye is great too.

Im not usually one to take photos of half eaten food, because I hate that shit, but I just whipped up this bad boy and let me tell you it is holy cat shit...incredible!
