It looks like a brick or a block landed on top of the tent. Can't really tell what it was Just going by what Gutsy included as the description. When it landed it appears to have swung down and out towards the woman through the flap and then sprung back towards the other tent behind.Not sure what happened. The metal railvtake her out?

Right when the woman is hit, the tent flap bulges out where her head is. Look at the flap just above her head immediately after she gets bonked. It happens really quick. So watch at slow speed. The spot where it convexes is slightly darker than the rest of the flap for a brief moment.
