I love adrenaline sports like this. Dirt biking, mountain biking, sky diving, etc. Unfortunately you can get some serious injuries from them from either inexperience or just being unlucky. I've seen vids where people get impaled by branches. Just be reasonable, perform within your limits and remember to have the proper protective gear when participating in them.
