Serious Hyperinflated lungs

Hlo i am suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease which lead to hyperinflated lungs because i was smoking for last 4 year one pack a day. Iam 20 now, this condition is worsening my health. I was using a bronchodilator to treat my hyperinflated lungs which is working but slow. I want to know if there is a treatment or medicine which can reduce volume of my lungs(make them smaller).Below pictures of my lung x-ray resting phase, bronchodilator.

Have you had your Alpha 1 Antitrypsin level checked via a blood test? You need this investigating more if you genuinely have COPD at such a young age.

Normally the diagnosis is made with Spirometry testing to chart air flow.

Took more than 30 years of smoking before I had symptoms of copd. I quit straight away when I was informed. I'll never be back to healthy lungs, but symptoms haven't progressed much either. If you haven't quit, do so now!

Yes, but as @Tubemonkey said, it takes a lot of cigarettes over many years. Unless you are susceptible to damage such as genetic deficiency in the protective Alpha 1 Antitrypsin protein.

Recreational drugs like meth, heroin and cannabis cause more damage earlier, as they tend to burn hotter than tobacco and people hold the smoke in longer to ‘get their money’s worth’.

yeah even doctors surprised . I consulted many pneumologists but none accepted to perform LVRS(lung volume reduction surgery) on me because i didn't meet surgery requirements. because they say i dont have hyperinflated lungs that it is all my imagination.
