Ever make your own sausage, Johnny? The extra freshness makes them a whole new level of tasty, plus, you could customize.
I haven't. I know my limits and don't want to acquire all the kit. Probably 3/4 of the sausage I eat come from two different friends (the moose from a couple days ago for example) and most of the remaining 1/4 is from local butchers (like the European wieners). One of the two buddies hunts on my property and his giving me sausages & meat is his payment (I don't ask for payment, he just likes to share). I pay the other guy as he takes the dead animals to a butcher for processing.
 
some eggs and toast. no fucking bacon... i am such a cruel mofo to myself didn't buy any more bacon least time me arse shopped. ugh its like having sex without earing any ass. wtf? no anal and yet she loves it. what is wrong with me?
 
don't wanna talk about it. dinner is kicking me arse, guts, and so much more. just puke puke puking... going to bed soon. maybe food will agree with me tomorrow. only thing kinda staying down for more than 5 mins is water. i should sue myself for undercooking shit. if i never post again i died because i can't cook right after almost 40 years of doing it. shaking my head and fat white booty. i need a cooking slave asap.

Mom's brother was a ranger here and in the Black Forest; he had his connections and was our source when a special piece of meat was needed.
I remember a goulash from deer, red wine sauce with cow berries. Very tasty

stew, with beef, red potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, yellow onion, and chives. I put a scoop of cream cheese at the bottom for a little thickness. Very good!
 
a panzarotti - nice and simple got grilled chicken and pineapple. fried not baked. 8/10... could have given this fat fuck so more juicy pineapple inside but still delicious. nice 700ml of Sprite to wash ti all down. Got an apple fritter and a chocolate glazed donut from Timmy's for dessert. Out for the night in about 2hrs.. if I last even that long

  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 1-2 onions diced
  • 380 g peeled carrots , short, thin sticks
  • 250 g frozen peas
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
  • 200 grams of cream
  • 200ml milk
  • 70 g Grana Padano, shaved or grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • dried thyme
  • finely chopped fresh parsley
