I haven't. I know my limits and don't want to acquire all the kit. Probably 3/4 of the sausage I eat come from two different friends (the moose from a couple days ago for example) and most of the remaining 1/4 is from local butchers (like the European wieners). One of the two buddies hunts on my property and his giving me sausages & meat is his payment (I don't ask for payment, he just likes to share). I pay the other guy as he takes the dead animals to a butcher for processing.Ever make your own sausage, Johnny?
