Strange a police vehicle was there, did not intervene until he ran over one of the suspects. Probably was the one behind the robbery. By the way who keeps their passenger side door unlocked when carrying a bag of valuables. To many inconsistencies to this video.

Drivers side is on the right in cars in South Africa where this occured. She was negligent by leaving her car door unlocked though, one should always have their car doors locked here while driving or shit like this is bound to happen.
