Right now they would be probably rank 5 or 6
They lost close to 300k men in death or injury
They lost billions in equipment
The lost billions in ammunition
The Ruble is worth .01
They have economic sanctions placed on them that will hurt them for years to come.
They have proven to the world their military was a joke
They have proven their equipment was sub standard and dated
They have proven their air assets were dated and useless
They have proven their "high end" missile systems are not that good at all
They have lost ships one being the flagship of Russia and again their Navy is trash

So you say they "won" but when that day comes around they will only have won because of numbers and not better equipment, skill or quality of soldier simply they were willing to throw more lives and equipment away than a global military Rank 22 nation.

Russian is a very clear number #2 in military power worldwide. Their industrial capacity to wage war has been ramped up significantly. They have managed to destroy anything put in front of them with their "substandard" equipment. Their air defense systems are the number 1 in the world. Their army is ready and battle tested.

How the american Rank1 army (until november of 2023) has been loosing wars since WW2 and against people with flip flops (no army)?
