Road Rage Driver Being Shot After Punching Car's Window In Indiana

A furious debate has erupted after a court threw out charges against an Indiana driver who repeatedly shot one motorist and injured another in a near-deadly road rage incident in the middle of Fort Wayne.

Shocking dashcam video caught the moment a van driven by Jason Henkle, 42, veers from the middle to the inside lane clipping a sedan being driven by Alexander Mozee, 19.

Road rage has been implicated in around 300 deaths in the last ten years according to the National Highway Safety Traffic Administration, including 230 murders

He’s sexy and he knows it!

Stand Your Ground with No Duty to Retreat Laws in the U.S. allow for such actions in self defense in order to protect yourself, your companions, and your property from such assaults, particularly if a sidearm is legally carried as it was in this case. If you are in the U.S., check your state for details with respect to this self defense law as it may vary from state to state in terms of defining your duty to retreat and whether or not deadly force may be employed. In Indiana, there is no duty to retreat and deadly force may be used by a licensed handgun carrier in self defense, which is why there were no charges filed against the shooter, Jason Henkle, for defending himself, his wife, and his property from the attack. In other words, the 19 year old, Alexander Mozee, FAFO and was very lucky he walked away from that with two gunshot wounds from Henkle's Ruger .380 around his arm and shoulder which resulted in non life-threatening injuries. He even gets to keep the sidearm because under that self defense law, no crime was committed on his end. In fact, Mozee currently awaits his hearing for being charged with misdemeanor battery.

That’s actually not true. Felony charges were filed against the shooter. Additionally, if you see the whole video, then you’ll see what the guy in the red van did. He sideswiped the other car deliberately. When the victim got out and ran up to the van the driver of the van shot three times. Two rounds hit the angry victim. One round passed through the passenger window of the car that was just pulling up and ricocheted and hit the driver in the head. No one died in the incident. Know your target and what’s beyond. That is one of the primary rules of using a firearm in self-defense.

Kindly review the dropped charges on the shooter (Fort Wayne, IN resident Jason Henkle) in this case.
