Not duped at all.
A 3 panel DC ruling against him simply means Trump appeals their decision and it goes to the Supreme court.
They will most likely grant the immunity. If they don't it opens the door for every president past and future to be indicated without the cover of immunity as well.
In this instance, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. They all get the immunity blanket, or no one gets the immunity blanket.

Seems the judge, hired her married boy toy to be the prosecuting attorney for President Trump's case.
Over 600,000 federal dollars worth of "hired". Guy isn't even close to qualified on this matter.
They then used some of that 600,000 dollars worth of federal funds to duck outta town on flights to Vegas and Miami to bump uglies and play house.
They got caught, thanks to the boy toys soon to be ex-wife.
