USA. Shocking video captured a man throwing several rocks onto the 110 Freeway near downtown #LosAngeles overnight, which caused a motorcyclist to crash.

The photographer who took the video, #ScottLane with OnScene. TV, says he saw the rock-thrower walk away eastbound on 23rd Street near Figueroa.

"Motorcyclist didn't want to talk on camera," Lane added. "I noticed he did have a GoPro on him. It wasn't rolling so we don't have the crash caught on camera from that angle. Luckily, he was OK."

Lane says he didn't call 911 but gave his footage to the California Highway Patrol. He says other drivers, including the motorcyclist, also didn't call police to report the incident.
