accident Chinks drowned while hiking

It didn't seem the left side was even attached to anything, like they were just holding it.
I love a good walk and although beautiful it also looks like a Tomb Raider level and I ain't no Lara Croft.
See, that's what they did wrong - they forgot these...

I've been in high tide, high flow waters. That rope was way too loose and she was not positioned correctly. Once they went over they needed to cut at least one end of rope if not both and hope they clear the rapids. All they did was hold them underwater and drowned them. Good news is only 1,999,999,998 more to go.
 
Took them 2 minutes 15 seconds from the submerging of the female to release the rope. Looked like she drowned pretty quickly though the way she was flopping around and waving around the 2:00 mark.
