accident Dude flew out of his vehicle

It’s not an entire failure. He at least went out in semi-style, although not much grace. Driver came to land after hitting the wall wearing $78.00 Levi Jeans ( skinny style , low waist ) and $59.00 Nike shoes brought together with a denim Ralph jacket $105.00. A $3000.00 Bulgari watch was found on the deceased’s wrist but was later reported as “missing” at time of autopsy.

I wonder when the moment of death was ? Flip ? Street ? Wall ?

I was thinking the same thing. I’m going to go with the wall, but it very well could have been when he hit the pavement. @Flatus Tube can we get your guesstimation?

To be honest it’s hard to see accurately. He could have been crushed by the rolling car as he started to come out of the window, the head smash on to the road would have been fatal. Equally hitting the wall would not be very consistent with a long and healthy life.

So I’m blaming this on Jesus and Mohammed getting stoned together and having some fun.

There you go all you kids.. wear your seat belts.
Many seatbelts, by design, let out excess slack during a rollover because the mechanism for locking the retractor is ineffective while the vehicle is rolling or because the retractor contains a “torsion bar” that is improperly adjusted. The forces put on the vehicle in a rollover can also cause the locking mechanism to unlock. Rollovers that result in death due to ejection are more than likely caused by the locking mechanism unlocking after the first roll.
Seatbelts fail at a rate of 3 million per year. Seatbelts are only about 45% effective in a crash.
