When I was a teen I would scrap metal I would find in the trash, I saved about $7k of it per year doing that through highschool. Big money for a kid. I put my saved up money in CD accounts when the interest rates were only 3% or so. I was so happy when I saw the first few interest payment dollars appear on my bank statement.

It was so dirty, difficult, and tiring to make money by scrapping metal but making it thorugh interest was so clean and easy. I fell in love with the idea of making clean easy money. A whole bunch of online business and investment research later, some tears, and constant trying paid off. Needless to say I now have clean hands and never need to pick up a dirty piece of metal ever again.

I’m as far from left as you can get I want segregation brought back . We can decide the country and they can have their portion, cut up their own bridges and whatnot. Blacks have never realized it’s always them trying to live around more whites. It’s never white people trying to move to a black neighborhood. The appearance of advanced periodontitis can be quite disturbing, with visible pus, significant swelling, and bleeding gums. Oral surgery is often required to clean the deep pockets, reshape the bone, and sometimes to gum and bone grafts to replace the lost gum and bone structures. Takes forever too. That person regrets meeting me ever. I hate them back.

Do bone grafts actually work? Do people complain about longer healing time of their gums in this case? Can't there be significant bacterial infections of the jaw bone since it's open to the contents of the mouth?

Do bone grafts actually work? : choice of graft material and the patient’s health are critical factors in the success of the procedure but success rate is very high.

Do people complain about longer healing time of their gums in this case? : For both grafts gum healing is a lengthy process. Depends on the type of bone graft used, patients overall health ( diabetes and autoimmune diseases etc play a significant role here ) extent of the surgery and post care. i make sure i dont promise anything to the "victims" in terms of healing time lol

Can't there be significant bacterial infections of the jaw bone since it's open to the contents of the mouth? Yes. Oral environment, yes it is a risk factor but exposure during the surgery is a stronger risk factor. That's why the site I operate on is in extreme isolation of saliva and its bacteria. We also refrain from putting cat poo in patients mouth.

Patient takes care of the oral hygiene and mouth washing. i prescribe antibiotics and ask the nurse to book appointments for the patient for follow ups/checks.

Prescription drugs also cause "meth mouth." Amphetamines rank in the top 5 most prescribed drugs in the world and number 1 in the US. They cause dry mouth and teeth grinding.
