Your simple mistake: you should have had wings welded onto the doors on each side dummy! That would have stabilized things....with an up-down rudder on the wings too! The need for wings was established by the Wright Brothers....you can't rewrite avionics! Also using a vintage East German Trabant automobile would have been better...they are very light cars made out of a plexiglass/ cardboard mix!
