The cop should have waited for back up before telling the perp what the reason was for pulling him over.
He got kidnapped and assaulted from a McDonald's? It sounds like a crappy made for tv movie on the Hallmark channel

Worse, he took his eyes off the suspect when he started talking on the radio. Never take you eyes off a suspect. This video will now be used at all police academies showing what not to do.

The U-haul guy's sister said in an interview with the local ABC affiliate WJLA ch. 7, that the Fairfax County cops 'murdered' her brother.
I assume she never saw this body cam footage.
