If I didn't know better, I'd assume that this guy ran over the other guy on purpose. But I do know better, and realize that this is a chink who may just really be doing an extremely shitty job at parking a motor vehicle.

The reason you see a lot of Chinese people doing this is actually because if you get an accident with someone in China, you are liable for all of their medical costs.So it's cheaper and easier to just kill them and pay for their funeral or whatever | ||||||||
