Has anyone thought of the theory that he 'paid' his way out. Girlfriend leaves a few days before (to ensure alibi), no one in room other than him, photos look a bit staged in that he's landed perfectly flat on his back (looks like a scene from a movie). No brain matter or limbs twists/fractures.
