It's crazy there's a thing called qualified immunity here in the United States I think there are 12 states that abolished it but it is pretty much a get out of jail free card for any police officer in the line of duty to get off charges.

I'm an American of 40 years and I'm pretty far from ok with it! We just had another school shooting, that's def not being ok, my son is in middle school and I have to worry everyday about shit like that, cuz it's ok to legally buy a gun at 18 but u can't smoke cigs or weed or drink till 21?! Stupid AF so I'd argue the government seems to be pretty ok with it tho for sure 🤦🏻‍♀️
