Couple of reasons here as to why I prefer my little guy Mr. ZeeBee. He's really chill....

Our Boxers destroyed chairs and sofas during the night, anything left within their reach got chewed beyond recognition, one if them ate a paper bag of about 10 Christmas balloons that I'd bought from the local shop.. he shit out a rainbow in the yard the next morning. Another time, I came back from the shop with a big glass bottle of cola, he jumped and knocked it out of my hand and it hit the top of our 70s style chrome and glass table, shattering the glass all over the living room floor..my mum definitely wasn't happy about that and tried to blame me.

out of all the dogs i've had -- hands down, Dobermans are the most destructive
i had 4 and they ate entire bookcases full of books, Christmas trees and all the presents, wooden furniture, anything plastic, and SHOES jeeebus shoes......
those dobes were always shittn out chunks of stuff

I have a cat too, her name is Yuki she is blind in one eye and deaf, I adopted her from a shelter already this way and she is amazing, Mina & her sleep together. Thats another thing Rottweilers can get along very well with cats as long as they are introduced to them as a puppy or at least under a year.
