In Russia there are no courts, no police and law enforcement agencies that enforce the law, there are torture, beatings of detainees, planting drugs. In Russia, people are judged for their words and dissent. In Russia, power is in the hands of a bandit gang that robs Russians and constantly wages wars with its neighbors. Russia itself is devastation and poverty against the backdrop of a separate luxury of Moscow.

Communism DEEstroyed the country and it's men. Over 100 years. Hitler aggravated that. For a FULL generation after 1991, Russia has to deal with being graded on the left aside of the Bell curve for now. Hopefully, we'll see another Velikovsky or Shafranov, fairly soon.
