Russia has basically been fighting this war against Europe and the United States from the very beginning. And winning. I highly, highly doubt Europe would stand any chance if the United States pulled out. Remember World War 2? Hmmm...

Not sure what we are debating about, but the tide of the war did not change until the United States entered. You make it sound like the allies were winning and we just hopped on board. I think all historians would agree that Germany and the axis powers would have swallowed the world if America didn't intervene...

I'm still not sure what you are trying to convey. The Soviet union fed 20 to 30 million men to the meat grinder in WW2. Way, way, way more than any other country combined. If that's the case then it was the blood of Russia that the allies ultimately have to thank. That would go hand in glove with my original statement stating that Europe in its entirety would not have a chance against Russia without American intervention...

We had been at war for 2 years before america "came to the rescue " i have no doubt americas intervention won the war i also have no doubt the allies held fast for 2 years and 2 months if they didnt the world like you said would of been swallowed by the axis powers

No, only Russia has a more significant arsenal, it has about 7,000 nuclear weapons, more than the USA, but Russia is the second most armed country in the world after the USA. Great Britain and some other countries also have some nuclear weapons, but they will not be able to defend themselves with them, although a nuclear war would have very serious consequences on a global scale, projected for several hundred years in advance.
