I've thought about relocating to Maine. The Adirondacks in NY was sort of on the list, but you're helping me to think twice about that possibility. Ever look at Maine? And why NH?

I wanted to relocate to NH ("Live Free Or Die") because i needed a change from NY that wasn't too far away (in my mind), but apparently it was too far to certain people, but that's okay.

Adirondacks is beautiful, as long as you're not looking for a well-paying job. I'd steer clear of NYS in general.
