Not even. They opened up homeless shelters where a mate of mine lives and it went from a peaceful place into homeless babbling crackheads trying to climb into everyone's windows overnight. Thankfully my mate and all his neighbors are armed so they don't try the homes anymore, after the first few tries didn't work out so well.

They still dirty up the place, kick over and dig through trash cans, park a shit beater to live out on people's parking spaces right out in front of apartments. Always screaming and yelling, day and night, smoking up crack in the alleyways. And trying to mug people in the restroom of nearby gas stations. They'll ruin a place everywhere they're allowed to group up and it doesn't take along at all.

He's tried everything to get them to leave his trash bins alone, even liquid ass spray, but homeless people don't give a shit about that. I guess they give a shit about fire though.
