murder old man stabs his neighbour to death over noise complaints

my friend told me there was a murder near her place early this morning. sadly, theres no actual footage of the murder but she got to sneak a photo before the cops shooed her away.

she said there was blood smeared on the inside of the elevator walls and floor, but she couldn't take a picture or videos. she was only able to submit the above photo to local media companies. but!! the picture below is from a local news outlet.

from what we know, the murderer is a 67 year old man who was upset at his upstairs neighbours for being too noisy (apartments here have thin walls and are tightly packed). a witness to the murder was another neighbour from a floor above who heard screaming and went to look. she found one of the neighbours, the wife (31 year old vietnamese woman), laying on the floor and bleeding from her abdomen, and her husband (33 year old man), trying to fight off the assailant. the old fella was using a kitchen knife to stab at the couple and gave them some pretty serious injuries.

the wife, husband, and the assailant were sent to the hospital after police arrived at the scene. only the assailant and husband were conscious on the way to the hospital, and the wife was pronounced dead in the hospital.

the case is still ongoing and there isnt any other information i can gather. once theres an update on this ill probably put it in the replies

tbh i will never understand why people in this country bother to commit murder 💔🥀 prison is really not worth it here bro just move away...

I can undertand why he did it. A mate of mine lived in a flat and asked the upstairs neighbours could they keep the noise down when he was sleeping. (asked a few times) The cunts didn't so he chinned the bloke and that stopped it. My house is connected to one other. my neighbours are great and i never hear them and they never hear me. If i play loud music i do it via bluetooth headphones. There are some inconsiderate cunts out there.

anyways update on this !!! :

i made a little mistake. the noise maker was NOT the couple with children, but the 67 year old fella instead! the late wife had complained about the noise from the upstairs unit back in end-july this year and could not resolve their problems well into august (even with authorities mediating). so this mean that the couple lived on the 5th floor and had gone upstairs to the 6th floor to confront the assailant AT 7 IN THE MORNING. what could this old fella POSSIBLY be doing that early in the morning... </3

there were other witnesses that came to see the commotion and one of them actually tried to intervene/break up the fight between the husband and the old man. another resident down on the 5th floor had taken the couples children (2 and 5 years old) into his home and shut the door. i kind of feel sorry for the family here :c having to grow up without a mother, having possibly heard her scream right before she succumbed to her injuries.

sometimes the elderly here get really entitled because they are considered the "pioneer generation" but since he was the one behind the noise pollution, it wouldnt make sense for him to be sick of it and kill the couple or something... me and my friends were discussing this and we just ended up with: he probably doesnt have enough in his retirement fund to retire, best shot at living? prison.

well i agree there wasnt ANY logic involved 💔🥀 the old guy was the one behind the noise pollution surprisingly. id expect it to come from the family of 4 with 2 of them being young children ya get me?

yes !! bluetooth headphones are my number one most used electronic (well besides my laptop) because id HATE to be that one neighbour... i already have plenty of birds in my house and they keep picking off the soundproofing off the walls 💔🥀

but with the update on this case, the assailant was the one behind the noise pollution. which kinda makes me even more confused as to why he would commit murder over someone complaining that hes making noise. i personally dont think id go out of my way to leave the comfort of my home at 7am in the morning just to disturb/lie about noise complaints. me and my friends just came up with: maybe hes just too broke to retire from work, and prison is another way to get food, healthcare, and a shelter.

Wow, apartments (or "flats" overseas). I haven't had one since 1978. That rocked! $150/mo for three BR's and two BA's. Today, you couldn't PAY ME to live in one. And I LIKE my 18" McAuley subs powered by 2.2kw Urei/JBL mono-block amps. So I have to have my own house.

sadly flats are normal people housing here, but prices are climbing so high its going into the millions to get a house to accommodate a family of 5 💔 and it SUCKS to live in one ;;;
