i do speak up ..my post was just asking if that dog needs to be called to get taken away ...because its not even his choice it is my mother-in-law's..and posted it here because i saw a gore video of an aggressive dog and really dont want things to end that way ..and asking on other sites will get pussies who cant believe an animal is never garanteed to not behave like an animal to cry over wanting to call the pound ..like i would have them surrender him to spca but they love that thing too much ..my only option is to keep speaking up and being ignored for the sake of loving a dog they cant train or call him in when he does something bad enough

i fucking wish at many times ..i just have that small voice in the back of my head of not wanting to get thrown out over a dog ..and yes ive tried doing to him what he does to me ...he does not back down except for when the broom comes out ..but im sure my mil wouldnt like the broom being used when she is home ..i will try it more tho ..im tired of him going undisciplined

Ok so when i met my husband and first went over his house for the first time, I met Beau. He is a mini Australian shepherd .

Something happened in this dog's life that got him fucked up good and proper. From what you write it seems some basic training won't do the job. He needs to be domesticated and socialized. And no, it is not the dog's fault. Nine times out of ten unmanageableness in a dog stems from wrong guidance of the owners or even abuse. (You did not mention whether your mother was it's first owner - he might have had a troubled past, when he came into her possession.)
My own humble advice: give him to a shelter or else find some dog wizard who could discipline, socialize him. There is no point at all in keeping a dog out of loyalty while he is making his human owners' lives miserable, besides not having a good canine life himself - I get the picture of a very frustrated, restless dog that constantly has all his defenses up. That shouldn't be.

There is no "last straw" here. At this stage the entire life of the dog is the one last straw after the other.

(One of my dogs in the past was a difficult case, and I enlisted the help of a guy who did wonders with dogs, eventually Mick became manageable.)
