On December 23, a 21-year-old man, identified as Erick Ramírez, survived after being electrocuted and falling from a transmission pole to escape from the police. Municipal police responded to the incident and found him conscious. He was treated by paramedics and taken to the General Hospital of Juárez, Nuevo León, with burns and contusions. He remained under observation and was not arrested.

he was being chased by cops for a reason. goes up a tranny pole. for wht reason other than maybe thinking of killing himself,idk. but because he survived the electric shock, and was burnt and has contusions hes under observation but isnt under arrest? because he survived the whole ordeal he gets a "free pass". maybe next time i guess.
