fights Customer Stabs Phone Repair Technician in the Face With a Screwdriver

when i read the title i naturally thought it was a technician from one of the big land-line telephone companies.
I thought he was attacked inside the customer's home fixing a bad telephone wire. Need to update my thinking.

Side note: Bell labs "invented" RAM memory in 1952.....was THE FIRST EVER "commercial" customer for IBM as well, so IBM got the "invention"...

nice! Bell Labs invented it and Western Electric manufactured it. They built some quality products.
My 500 set from 1976 operates perfectly and i can still dial out on my rotary telephone!

Same. I used to be one of them. Remember landlines ?
