We got those in Red Rose Tea, or Tetley...I have a bag full of them (mostly Disney ones).
I have a lot of little apple dolls, except mine are in boxes and in my room so I just googled this picture, I'll take them out and post a picture in the next few days but for now look at this one.
I started collecting a few lighters but never got very far with them. I do have a nice DuMaurier lighter that's the same as your Camel lighter. Would love to get a hold of some Vietnam-era Zippos.
Most of the collection isn't very old and it sure isn't worth a lot of money; but I remember when, where, and how I got each one. I'm not sure if a vietnam-era piece would be all that special to me unless I personally knew who it was coming from, they are quite pretty though.

Camels you have to smoke 2 at a time to get a fix.
Unless it is a king. Camels used to be strong, and their unfiltered smokes are still beast, but as a brand in general they are so short and mild. Of course it doesn't help that the ones I started with were turkish golds lol.
I remember when I was around 10/11 me and my buddy used to pinch camels of my mates mum, we got bored of that real quick because they were useless and started getting our friends brothers to pick us up Bensons/Sovereigns.
I've never seen those brands around here, so
