Yeah, I forgot this was in Michigan. I'm in the south and most southern states would go for death on a premeditated murder. I've read that the terrorism charge is a mandatory life sentence. It's not like what you would normally think of in a terrorism charge and pertains mostly to the post event trauma for the survivors.
