He made this tune on Auxy Pro which is a staggeringly good app for phones and tablets and allows you to produce decent tunes.

This tune was made in the name of humour to express why drugs are bad, so he used totally off-beat and conflicting drums and sounds which has actually turned out to cleverly work. The vocals near the end are what he started with, and then built the tune around them.
