accident At What Age Did U Start Driving

Am i tripping here or wahat. That was unreal.
As someone on an L plate, this is how it feels to drive anywhere.
AZ U.S. plates, little girl, white, grounded for 30 years! 
I started driving with a Learner's Permit when I was a 'lil reaper at 15 and a half and took Driver's Education for the insurance discount, complete with the DUI movie showing gory accident footage. I got my license in the mail on my 16th birthday, which happened to be on a Saturday. I went to my girlfriend's house for a dinner date with my mother's car. She gave me a St. Christopher medal on a necklace with her initials and the year engraved on the back and put it on me for protection. My father told me to be home with the car by 11:00. It was a 20 minute drive from my house to her apartment. I left at 10:45 and got a ticket doing 80 MPH in a 55 zone on the interstate. My father wasn't mad, and was glad I was home safe at 11:15. He said he'd get the ticket taken care of, which he did the next day over the phone. He also said something I have never forgotten ever since. "In the future, always remember, when I say be home by 11:00, that means 11:00. If you haven't got any by 10:30, another fifteen minutes isn't going to help!"
