Atlanta/Kansas City: Videos of Argentinian fans with the mayor and the police

Must be weird for cops being around normal people and having fun .

Yes, even the major of Kansas City .. LOL!

I think the same should happen with the fans of the opposing team...

It took the mayor 12 hours to practice pronouncing Argentina correctly. Speaking of the World Cup today Argentina plays Switzerland. Don't laugh there actually is a Swiss soccer team in the World Cup. And here I thought the Swiss was just about watches, cheese, and chocolate. Plus there are no flat places in Switzerland to practice on. Prediction: Argentina 3 Swiss 0.

Hopefully... but Switzerland has been showing a good level, I think it's going to be a pretty difficult match...

In 200 years, maybe.
Militarily speaking, it will take even longer; economically speaking, much more time; and what's more, I don't think it will ever happen. Neither militarily nor economically.

Anyway, it's not a primary objective for Argentina either. Achieving what the US has achieved comes at a cost, and Argentina places a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Argentina has majority Italian heritage, that’s why these people are civilized
There were more immigrants from Spain than from Italy, but yes, there were quite a few from both countries. In any case, Argentine culture and education predate the arrival of these immigrants. And what you're seeing in those videos is the Argentinian culture (not Spanish, not Italian) of celebrating and welcoming everyone.

The only thing that is absolutely NOT accepted in Argentina is for you to come and impose your culture. That's why, for example, Islam has difficulty entering the country. If you want to come and impose your culture, religion, etc. over Argentine culture I have no doubt that you will feel very VERY uncomfortable...

In the end, we were both right, you because of the result, and me because I said it was going to be a difficult match. :D

England and Argentina will be a different ball game for the fans . Remember the Belgrano OH-OH .

Let's hope it's just football and that the fans don't end up tearing each other apart over something that happened more than 40 years ago. They'd be very retarded (both teams) if they did that

It's completely stupid to dwell on something that happened more than 40 years ago, the Belgrano incident and all that. In fact, I, for example, have already forgotten about it and even bought a HMS Sheffield model kit...❤️

Argentina is currently in the process of deporting undocumented immigrants (similar to ICE). Regarding Muslims, they are welcome as long as they don't engage in any of the foolish practices associated with their culture. That's why they practically never come here; in fact, I've been traveling around this country for 47 years and I've never encountered one...

Unlike other countries, Argentinians have no tolerance for cultural nonsense and its imposition. For example, if you start praying in the middle of a street stopping traffic, at the very least someone will get out of their car and beat you up and nobody would care. That's why it's very common for people from other countries who behave badly elsewhere to behave well in Argentina...
