Definitely NOT a quick response on their part at all IMO. They would have gotten his ass off that stage in 2.5 seconds. Not keep him down for a few moments, stand him up with another clear head shot and allow him to get his shoes. Look how quick they ushered Reagan away when the same happened to him. Th director of the Secret Service is Kimberly Cheatle and before getting that DEI position she worked for Pepsi , Co as a senior director for global security in North America . They should have done a better job at securing that rally. Any USMC could have taken that shot and hit that stage .

Same thing I thought when watching it. So many open shots on the way to the vehicle. The news did make a point that this is only a rally and not the force you might see for an active president, but still... seemed like a circus. They will be tearing them apart when they are debriefed frame by frame over the next few days.

Every person had a camera up in the air and some were even pointing it in the direction of the shooter since it appears he was seen before this even went down. We should have some good video in the coming days/weeks.
