"Car Camera Footage | Motorcyclist Performs Somersault and Leaps into Passenger/Freight Carriage in Tunnel; Netizens Discuss: Even Moviegoers Couldn't Capture This!

Car Camera Live Report | A traffic accident occurred in the Tai Lam Tunnel on the morning of the 3rd. A motorcycle traveling in the tunnel towards Sha Tin apparently failed to brake in time and violently crashed into the rear of a slowing van. Due to the force of the impact, the motorcycle driver was thrown off and crashed through the rear windshield of the van, "straight into" the passenger compartment.

A dashcam video circulating on social media clearly captured the accident. The van and motorcycle involved were traveling along the right lane of the Tai Lam Tunnel towards Sha Tin. The video shows the van slowing down due to traffic conditions ahead. However, the motorcycle following behind apparently failed to notice the road conditions in time and, without visibly slowing down, violently slammed into the rear of the van at high speed.
The violent impact threw the motorcyclist off his seat, his body flying forward in mid-air as if doing a somersault. He then crashed into the rear windshield of the van, shattering it. The motorcyclist plunged through the broken window in a "water-diving" motion, landing directly inside the van's cargo compartment – a truly terrifying scene. It is understood that despite the violent impact, the injured motorcyclist was fortunately conscious. After initial first aid by paramedics, he was transported by ambulance to Prince of Wales Hospital in Sha Tin for further treatment. The van driver remained at the scene to assist with the police investigation.

Netizens are hotly debating: They can't even get a chance to film a movie.

The video quickly went viral online. Some netizens joked that the situation was quite exaggerated, saying things like "even filming wouldn't be able to capture it" and "either he couldn't stop in time or he was asleep." Others questioned, "How long would it take to not be looking at the road?" "
