I split my nutsack open as a kid jumping cliffs in the mountain preserve I lived on. I jumped what I thought was a small ravine and turned put to be a 6 foot drop into a wash. I racked myself right on the bar. It didn't hurt too much and I didn't realize what happened until blood appeared in my trousers. I waddled home and made a weird bandage out of kleenex and surgical tape. I never said anything out of terrifying embarrassment and it healed fine...
