Hydraulic line blew, but this is china so they use flammable fluid over there. so once it hit the exhaust it went up in flames.

Um... almost all standard hydraulic fluid is flammable when finely atomized. Except silicone based of course.

I got 80 gals to give away since I just changed the fluid in my excavator. Want some?

You are probably right, all i know is i tried to light some hydraulic fluid and it would not burn, motor oil would. However i get the atomization would help in igniting it.
