Video shows two subjects maneuver with the metallic structure and the moment in which they were involved in a vehicle crashing into them. One of them got launched. The launch pad was the phone pole at his chest---must have exerted a force of about 10G to accelerate him so much in 1/10th second. Hopefully he's dead.
