Charlie Kirk got Shot

Something something politics IDGAF about.
Something something this guy hurt some feelings I also don't give a fuck about.

The fountain from this guy was pretty spectacular.

Sucks his wife and kids had to see that but...
In Charlie's own words...
I believe a couple gun deaths a year are a small price to pay to keep our gun rights.

You're about the 80th person to post his quote, yet none of you realize that his point remains. If there are people out there using guns to kill anyone they please, we should have the right to carry a gun to protect ourselves and families. Gun laws only restrict law abiding citizens, criminals don't care about laws. That's why they're criminals.

I don't disagree.

This is so fucking sad. Charlie wasn't radical, he wasn't fascist or bigoted or anything else the left wants to paint him as. But they smear conservatives so much for so long that people without the ability to think critically believes he was a bad person. He was a God-fearing man, a husband, a father, and he invited the brainwashed people of the left to speak their truth as they knew it. He, of course, countered their beliefs with logic, facts, statistics, and opinions of his own. He opened the door for productive conversation, and he got fucking murdered for it by someone who had no fucking idea what he stood for. But the shooter thought he knew. Because left-wing propagandists told him what to think. And like every other moron who wants open borders and massive government thinks he was a bad man, they're wrong. And everyone who celebrates this loss to our society is fucking evil and disgusting. Charlie is 10x the person any of them wish they could be. They hated him because he was right, and people knew it. They lost control of the distribution of information, so they slander all of us as nazi and fascist and people eat it up because we speak hard truths and don't coddle feelings. Fucking horrific. We all lost something special with Charlie, whether you liked him or not. You can say he was stirring the pot, but you can't say he was wrong. Not without the "my fee-fees" argument. Morons. Demons. Cowards

Babies due to grape are less than 1% of all pregnancies and the baby itself is innocent you dip shit. It's rather rich that you mock his lack of empathy when you're totally fine with ending healthy lives for the sake of convenience.

Yeah I agree it's a human tragedy and people are affected for life. Just making the point that actual pregnancies from grape are 1. very rare and don't justify the millions of potential lives ended and 2. The embryo/ baby is innocent. The rapist doesn't even get death sentence in most of the world.
retired doc, what are "babies due to grape", what are "pregnancies from grape". In short, what is a "grape"? Thank you.

He got shot for saying gun deaths are worth it, dumbass. He would have approved of the way he died.
Nope. He was crystal clear that firearms must be available for citizens to *defend* themselves. He never advocated for aggression dumb ass. Thats just an oversimplification meant to imply he somehow deserved it. Just like this asshole that's in custody who's reported to have said Charlie "spread hate" so that allows him to shoot Charlie through the neck in front of his wife, 3 year old and 1 year old.

I was very shocked. I don’t agree with every aspect he stood for but I respect he was an honest and brilliant man.

The Americans are so proud of owning a firearm as a right. What is it in this case? Taking him out using a gun because you don’t have the balls and brains to win in a debate?

no fool like an old fool. you can't fix brainwashed cultists. this site is an echo chamber for right-wing racists with penis envy who obsess over gay buttsex and hate anything that they can't understand. all for their love of some fat orange rapist with tiny hands who likes to pose with xmas pics with his teen daughter on his knee and fawn over her alleged beauty like that's totally normal. the world will sigh a collective sigh of relief when all you hateful old pieces of shit start to die. charlie kirk got throat-fucked to death. cry more about it you decrepit faggots.

PREACH

At least we can agree to a few things in there. But Charlie kirk said in a debate with a college student that he would make his 10 year old daughter bring life to the world regardless if she got raped. 😕
Dude, respectfully what is with the extreme edge cases 😂? Rape babies and pregnant 10 year olds? Sure, they happen but only extremely rarely. Far more common is the foolish 20 or 30 something women who are neglectful of birth control or drunk or just plain stupid. They are a massive proportion and they use abortion instead of birth control while screaming my body, my choice.
Going back to the hypothetical 10 year old, if she delivered a healthy, live baby (unlikely but you like your extreme edge examples) and then decided to strangle it, or leave it in a dumpster. You know what that is in the eyes of the law?

Oh so edgy,

I agree entirely that a fundamental right implies a right to effective self-defense. And you're right, a law is meaningless to someone who has already decided to break it.

That leads to a deeper question, though: If we accept that a right must be exercised responsibly to be legitimate, doesn't that imply a duty to be capable of exercising it responsibly?

We require training to drive a car (another potentially lethal instrument) not to restrict freedom, but to ensure public safety and competence. If we champion the right to bear arms for protection, shouldn't we equally champion the mandate for rigorous training?

Wouldn't that actually strengthen the responsible exercise of that right, ensuring someone truly can protect what they love?
