Serious Chinese police choke civilians violently

A Chinese traffic policeman violently stopped a man. The man questioned the policeman's use of violence in law enforcement. The policeman was very angry after hearing this and strangled the man's neck.

Don't be instigating there. Chinese-ees just lock you up for the slightest infractions, ya know? They are historically internationally known to not give a shit about prisoners too, up to & including death sentences if you don't do well in their re-education rehabilitation prison system. It's pass/fail & currupt because your dead body as a prisoner becomes state property & they then just sell your organs so there is an obvious incentive for you to not pass. 😬
