It cracks me up no one on here understands Chinese laws and think they are just being heartless. So again in China if you help someone you can become responsible for their medical bills and/or their funeral. It's not like the US where people just don't pay their medical bills and it's just added to the debt of the government. In China someone is paying for the hospital bills and the funeral, and not the government.

They COULD have got their.phones.out.and.called.someone though...Ffs

Not ONE.did that in the whole video. Not even the cashier. Besides. IF They had ANY empathy they would have at least check his breathing and put him.on his side.

Absolutely no sense of community, of being a good member of the community, no care for human life, no life saving training…just horrible part of the world.
