Nah they didn't hit a bump or the scooter behind them would have hit it. What happened was homeboy slammed on the front brake after seeing the barricade and it catapulted them over the handlebars. Obviously you've never ridden a motor or scooter. This is a common occurrence with inexperienced riders, who in a moment of panic can't remember where the rear brake is. Ask me how I know 😆
