accident Clueless woman ran over by train

In Kazakhstan, a train crushed a woman who was trying to walk between the cars

The lady was hurrying home and decided not to wait until the rail transport finally passed the railway crossing. At the moment when the unfortunate woman found herself between the cars, the train moved, leaving no chance for salvation.

Sometimes ya just have to roll with it!

Something like that....I don't know I'm not a doctor! 🙊🙈🙉 He just stood there....he could have tried SOMETHING....don't you think?
Your point is well taken but that’s a tough call even for a cardiothoracic surgeon. From the looks of it the gal was toast. Maybe if she just got her legs she may have had a chance if a couple of well placed tourniquets had been applied, but if it got her pelvis or above the only chance she had was to do something called “cross clamping the aorta”.

The aorta is the huge artery that feeds everything. There are two segments. One goes up to the head and one descends feeding pretty much everything else. If you clamp the descending aorta nothing can bleed because nothing except the heart, lungs and brain are getting blood.

In an emergency setting it can be done within just a few minutes but it takes tools. expertise and an exit strategy, meaning surgeons waiting at a capable hospital.

There is an incredible video of a guy cracking a chest in the back of a moving ambulance here somewhere. His patient had a hole in their heart.

Cracking the chest is just the first step, then you place a large clamp on the descending aorta. The problem is the procedure only buys some time, it doesn’t fix anything.

Assuming you can pull it off and stop the bleeding you still have to get the patient to an OR quickly, like 30-60 minutes. And not just any OR, but one attached to a team and staff that are ready to go and can manage a patient like this, typically a university hospital setting.

This lady was probably fortunate that she appeared to be allowed to quickly bleed out and die right there.

One thing is for sure, she won’t pull that trick again.

I love your optimism but sometimes the train wins regardless of the efforts of mere mortals.

Wow somebody who ACTUALLY moves quickly to save another persons life? That's incredible! Please show this video to all the other idiots in the gore videos who stand around twiddling their thumbs as people get beat to death or drown!

WOWSERS. Kudos to the young fella that acted so quickly to pull her out. She chose to cross under in the worst possible spot right in front of the wheels axle with no real time to react. If she'd chosen more wisely she could've gotten out in time. But the train did start moving pretty quick there, craziness. What an idiot; I loathe morons. At least she don;t feel anything even if alive briefly with that severed spine. I thought she was cut in half but the dude looked like he pulled her whole body out.
