Waukegan is a small city about 1 1/2hours North of Chicago in Lake County. It's notorious to people that live in that county as being a ghetto with corrupt Police and District Court House. I made the mistake of driving out there one time and getting arrested for DUI & resisting when I hadn't even been drinking because they saw I was from Chicago on my I.D. they did me a lil worse than this though. I got a black eye, broken nose, and fractured leg. I hope this piece of shit cop gets stabbed and bleeds out like the pig he is. Getting shot is to quick and good for people like him.
... Oh and while serving 4 months on these false charges, I talked to at least about another 100 guys that had a similar experience with them. They also ripped out every panel on the inside of my car and cut open all my seats and ripped out all the cushioning after towing it to the impound lot.
