"This one is pretty crazy and is filmed from my neighbor's perspective. Despite the "No One Allowed" sign that has been set out, tweakers are coming and going all hours of the day and night. In some of these scenes the crew looks really spun out. ALL of my neighbors are now cooperating, and not a single neighbor lets them get water or gives them any form of aid anymore. We've all just had it with this train wreck, and hope this gets resolved. Everyone is too scared to let their kids play outside of their yard now, and we don't even let ours go out of the house alone. We shouldn't have to live this way. Neighbors have picked up their used needles and drug baggies and have to watch this sick scene play out over and over."

Almost a slapstick. Didn't get everything though, who set up the 'no one allowed' sign??
